Community Memberships:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your membership to the CrackingAlz.com community. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your membership, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

Monthly Challenge Fees:

If you have enrolled in a monthly challenge on CrackingAlz.com and are not satisfied with the challenge, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the start date of the challenge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date of the challenge.

Courses or Informational Products:

If you have purchased a course or informational product on CrackingAlz.com and are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy for Coaching Fees:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your coaching experience at CrackingAlz.com. Our coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and will work with you to create a customized plan that meets your needs.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your coaching experience, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial coaching session. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

Coaching Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please contact your coach at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the session and no refund will be issued.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please send an email to [insert email address] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and process your refund within 7 business days.

Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests that we believe are fraudulent or abusive.

Differ also known as "CrackingALZ.com a Differ, LLC community" is committed to your satisfaction.

If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from Differ and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Hard Goods:
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

Step 1: Refund must be requested in writing by contacting support@differgreatly.com.

Step 2: Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date

Hard goods must be returned to Differ immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting support@differgreatly.com as directed in step 1.

The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Differ sole, reasonable discretion.
